The most current version of the project drawings is needed.  Pricing normally includes laying out the bracing one time.



Equipment Overturning Calculations

We provide signed and sealed seismic calculations for most seismic applications.
We will typically do one calculation for the largest of each type of equipment.
If attachment methods are different then additional calculations will be required.  (eg. floor mounted, suspended, wall mounted, concrete, steel, wood, etc.)

Information Needed:

  Cut sheets for each piece of equipment to be calculated
  One picture showing dimensions and bolt hole locations
  Weight (operating weight, not shipping weight)
  Method of attachment
  Vibration Isolation cut sheets if used
  Thickness and strength of concrete
  Location in building (basement, penthouse, roof, etc.)
  Project location, type of occupation, seismic spec, building code and year

Site Visits

Types of Site Visits Upon Request:

  Installation inspections and sign off on installation if required
  Onsite training of workers for proper bracing installation
  Presentations, seminars and training which are product or code related
